Chamber Weekly Update – July 27, 2020

“Keeping Dollars in Duncanville”

The number of positive Covid-19 cases in Dallas County has finally started to drop. I am hearing people express their views on wearing masks, etc. Some people are still upset about having to wear a mask. We know that that the only common indicator of lower cases is by people wearing them. Whether you agree or disagree with this, please wear a mask. I urge you to continue to support our Local Businesses and Restaurants. Do what makes YOU comfortable and to feel safe and just be cautious and smart. If you go out, be sure to wear your mask (it’s required), wash your hands often, use hand sanitizers and common sense. Our restaurants and small businesses still need our support now more than ever and I encourage you to “Shop Local.” (Remember that masks are required in all of Dallas County businesses and restaurants.)

And as always Be Kind and Respect everyone’s choice and Stay Safe. “We are in the same waters but not the same boat.”
