Chamber Weekly Update – August 14, 2020

Keeping Dollars in Duncanville

Things seem to change weekly and daily about schools reopening, churches reopening, businesses reopening, etc.

There is one thing that has been constant and has never changed. Our local businesses and restaurants still need our help and support to survive. Please continue to support our Local Businesses and Restaurants when possible. They have remained open during these troubling times “For You”. Money that is spent with Amazon and other on-line ordering doesn’t put any Tax Dollars back into our City. Shop Local and keep your Tax Dollars in Duncanville! Do what makes YOU comfortable and to feel safe and please be cautious and smart. If you go out, be sure to wear your mask (it’s required), wash your hands often, use hand sanitizers and common sense. (Remember that masks are required in all of Dallas County businesses and restaurants.)

And as always Be Kind and Respect everyone’s choice and Stay Safe. “We are in the same waters but not the same boat.” We will get through this “together”!
